Replaces the elbow cup and extension bar brackets on TT bikes that have mono risers or twin stack systems. Reduces cockpit clutter and simplifies aero bar installation. You drill the bolt holes to suit your mono riser/twin stack bolt spacing, so it will always fit perfectly.
